US-Service-Account?

Das MS mit den US-Behörden zusammenarbeitet, ist ja bekannt, aber kriegen die jetzt schon eigene zugriffs-Accounts auf XP-Rechner? Aufgefallen ist mir das, als ich irgend ein Sys-info-tool benutzt hab:

Kann man den irgendwie entfernen? Oder ist das gar kein solcher Account?

was soll das mit den Behörden zu tun haben?

Microsoft Corp.
L[ocation] = Redmond
S[tate] = Washington
C[ountry] = US

sieht für mich nach normalem MS-Support-Account - was auch immer man davon halten mag ...
