Aqua Computer pump Ultimate Version

Hello guys,
I buyed one Aqua Computer pump Ultimate Version from Amazon.de it is absolutely dead.
I think it is on warranty and need to do RMA I think.
What is the RMA process or I need to ask Amazon for that ?
