Shoggy or Anybody That Can Help Me,

I downloaded Aquasuite 2012 Beta. I have two Aquastreram XT Ultra pumps in series. Both pumps are hooked up via USB to mother board and Aquabus to Aquero 5 XT. In Aquasuite 2012 I can see both pumps information labeled aquastream XT 1 and aquastream XT 2 but XT 2 is greyed out all the time and XT 1 is greyed out most of the time, sometimes comes on white so I can adjust frequency manually or adjust pump mode between automatic, manual, or dearation mode. What do I need to do to not have the pump information and settings greyed out in Aquasuite 2012 Beta? I also do not show water temps from either pump, how do I get the pump water temps working?
