I seem to have blown my aquaero 5 pro and mps flow sensor by incorrectly wiring the molex that supplies its power, does aquacomputer offer a repair service at all?

Yes, of course. Just send it in.

Even if it can not be repaired: the exchange of the whole main controller will be still cheaper than buying a new device.
