Aquaero 4 - Display funktioniert nicht!

Guten Abend,
ich habe gerade mein neu erhaltenes Aquaero 4 eingebaut.
Es wird jedoch nichts auf dem Display (OLED) angezeigt!
Softwaremäßig scheint alles zu funktionieren.
Was kann der Fehler sein?

dann wird das aquaero oder das Display kaputt sein. Aber neu wird das Gerät mit Sicherheit nicht sein, da es schon recht lange kein aquaero mit oled gibt.
Schreibe am besten dem Support eine Mail.
