how to put water block on fan amplifier aquaero 5

just want to make sure that i dont need any thermal paste for the fan amplifier water block for the aquaero5 :) just the pads that came with it right,i got it last week, now have time to put it on..thanks

The thermal pad you mentioned is just easier to handle, it works exactly like thermal paste.

very glad i bought the fan amplifier water block for my aquaero 5. my temps where running between 60 c - 80c now i see them running at 30c - 42c i been running this for 24 hours and i have not seen the fan amplifier go past 42 c.i am running 11 fans...glad i did this move.merry xmas to all and happy new year
