Aquacomputer Aqualis ECO reservoir

Hi,
i've just bought an Aquacomputer Aqualis ECO reservoir and i have a really big problem...
i can't open it :(
i try to rotate the top anti clock wise ... but nothing.. it's stuck.
what i may try so i don't damage it?

Try taking out the to fillport nut and then twist.

It's stuck because both top and bottom of the res have rubber washers which hold the glass in place nice and tight.

The first times always a bitch as they say.

i've taken out the fillport... no use
i think i've twisting it from 2 hours by now... i will throw it out of the window soon... :cursing:

yeah... i've said to myself that i have nothing to lose, becouse i was prepaired to throw it at the garbage... so in a last attempt... i've boiled the reservoir! :thumbsup:
and tadaaaaa... i was able to unscrew the top.
such a hasle... from 11pm to 3.38am... i was goin' nuts. :whistling:

Try more force if you can.

They are built like a brick shit house so you don't have to worry about being too gentle with them. Not sure about boiling it hahaha.
