I submitted an RMA form a few time in the past week but getting no response. How long does it usually take to get RMA instructions?

Apparently they don't monitor the RMA form submissions. You need to e-mail support as well.

Thank you for the info! Why do companies do that is beyond my imagination.......... I will be emailing them i guess :cursing: :wacko: :thumbdown: :!: :evil: :( :huh: :S

Yea, it seemed odd to me as well during my recent RMA.

Thats what I used (goes to Shoggy and others), but they might not get back to you until the work week starts.
