Poweradjust 2 USB, red light flashes.

Hi,
My Poweradjust 2 USB flashes with red light. It always flashes independently of connections.

Steps of this issue.
1. Some time ago I have got red blinking after hardware manipulations and tunings.
2. I opened poweradjust page in aquasuite - it wasn't well detected and only Settings page there was with Firmware: 0.
3. I pressed button Update Firmware (it was enabled) -> some updating process passed.
4. After this the poweradjust always red flashes after startup.

Is it broken firmware issue? Is it possible to restore firmware?
Or may be I have broken the device with my hands accidentally. How can I get a detailed error cause of the device?

try flashing with aquasuite 4.72,

it appears from similar questions - all you can do is keep trying to flash it ( until you give up).

Common issue is people not power off before changing cables.
