Do i need the front-panel switches?

Currently i am building a custom case with a acrylic front panel.
My plan is to place the aquareo 5 pro inside the case, so you can see the display through the panel.
The result is that the 3 buttons aren't usuable without opening the case.
My question is; is the aquaero completely controlable through the AS, or do i need the buttons for some reason?

I also got a Aquaero 5 Pro, and as far as I know, everything setting is available through the Aquasuite except the 4 profiles that can be set in your Aquaero that you have to save and load via the front panel.

You could always buy the controller for it too. It works with the Pro's as well as XT's
