Aquacomputer D5 Temp lead

Wednesday, February 26th 2014, 11:48pm

Hi all

So i have gotten my Aquacompter D5 with USB and Aquabus, working great after installing the whole thing but i have noticed that the Temp connector has no lead provided, i have looked on ebay and various other resellers and cant find a female or female 2 pin temp lead.

Anyone know where to find one??

Hi Shizbazki,

That connector is used to connect a temperature sensor to it, which can then be used to control the pump.

So, you would need this or similar.

Kind regards,
Boris.

Yes, like bcikota shows. Basically all the 10K ohm sensors...they are available from Aquacomputer, Phobya, etc. and vary in price and/or length.
There are also fittings that can plumb right into a water cooling line, that use the same sensor wrapped around a fitting to measure the coolant temperature.

Oh right, I thought it was a built in temp sensor for the D5 which would connect to my Aquaero 6xt temp sensors.
