is my PA2 dead?

Was working fine, I have already tried the following.

Run the pump on another PA2 channel, it's working so it's not the pump..

Unplugged the pump from that PA2 and plugged in a fan, fan does not spin.

The red light on the PA2 is lit up.

Anything else I can do or should I RMA? also what is the warranty period on this?
