Hi
Is it capable to cool 3 cards ? possibly 4 cards?

No CPU only GPUs.

Thanks

I currently have an Aquaduct 360 MARK V XT cooling an Asus Rampage IV BE (ICH & VRM), Intel Core™ i7-4930K CPU and two EVGA GEFORCE GTX 780 ti in SLI.
In web-browsing mode the Aquaduct generally keeps up, but in gaming mode it fails majorly. The Aquaduct is rated for around 700 Watts of dissipation.

Looking at the following reviews, slightly dated as they came out when the R9-290 was introduced, the consensus appears to be these cards run hot.
If you plan on 3 or 4 of the cards, you may want to research the subject a bit deeper.

one
two
three

I am sorry, but I have no experience with the 720, and those are some hot running video cards. I would hate to mislead you from ignorance.

It should be fine. Its sort of the equivalent of two 360 rads mounted externally. External mounting makes a big difference. You get something like twice the effectiveness of some internal dual rad setups so yeah, one of these will be plenty. Lots of people run with a lot less.
It maybe just won't give you those super low temps or super low noise.
Edit: Actually, according to Aquacomp its good for 1400W with a 15C delta. That should mean you will get well under a 10C delta and that is great cooling. EG, In theory, in a 20C room your coolant would be about 30C and the cards top out about 45C ... But likely less than that.
