Which SLI water bridge?

Saturday, April 18th 2015, 9:09pm

Hi there

I require a waterblock bridge to cover my SLI setup of slots 1 and 4 here:

Will this one fit http://shop.aquacomputer.de/product_info…roducts_id=3068 ?

Thanks! :)

The width of the bridge can not be considered by loooking at the naming of the slots printed on the mainboard or in its manual. For the right width you must consider every possible slot, even the ones where the connectors are not physically present. In the case of your motherboard, there's a slot/connector between PCIE_X16_1 and PCIE_X8_2 missing, but the free space must be still considered as slot space Nr. 2.

PCIE_X16_1 = Slot Nr. 1
[Empty Space] = Slot Nr. 2
PCIE_X8_2 = Slot Nr. 3
PCIE_X4_1 = Slot Nr. 4
PCIE_X16/X8_3 = Slot Nr. 5
PCIE_X1_1 = Slot Nr. 6
PCIE_X8_4 = Slot Nr. 7

Or just count the slot brackets.
The bridge in your posted link is one slot to short in your case. You need a bridge that is five slots wide.

As Pilo said... I think this is the one you need.
Don't forget to install the blanking plate on the center ports.
