Just opened my Farbwerk and 53188 500cm RGB-LED strip

And after removing the 3m backing the strip is not sticky at all. Can't fix it to my chassis?
Is the a common issue or have I got a dud roll?

Every LED strip I've ever had has crappy tape. I picked up some thick double sided tape. It's almost like a tar tape, but not as tough. I'd suggest that.

I like the 3M brand rolls of tape sold at hardware or big box stores like Lowes. It's about 1/2" or 12/13mm wide. Works good for most led strips I've used. In extreme situations the heavy duty 3M double sided sticky like railgun said is boss.
