Aquacomputer with Asus Maximum Formula

Monday, November 19th 2007, 3:10pm

Hi guys

I've recently switched motherboards to an Asus Maximus Formula SE, and need some advice on using the fusion waterblock on the board.
My loop is standard AC 8mm ID plug and cool, but the block uses 3/8 barbs (I believe). I'm a little confused by tube sizes etc, and am unsure what i'd need to add it to my loop.
If someone could point out exactly what i'd need in terms of connectors and tubing on the AC shop i'd be very grateful.

Thanks

Shoggy

Ah brilliant, hadn't seen them

So one end will fit into the tubing I have already, which would be the best pipe to use for the other end?

I'm guessing something softer than the plug and cool stuff so it can go over the barbs?

thanks
