Aqua Computer D5 pump motor with PWM input and speed signal - transfer rpm to flow

Saturday, July 2nd 2016, 1:52pm

Hello All,

Is there any way in aquasuite 2016-4 to transfer rpm of this pump to flow (approximately - virtually). I have Aquaero 5 pro, Aquaero 5 lt and this pump.

Thank you in advance for answer.

I don't believe so. The flow rate is dependent on the loop as much as the pump.
You will have to add a flow sensor if you wish to know the flow rate in your loop.

I thought so. Maybe it will react even Sebastian.

Thank you.

You can connect the rpm signgal to the flow connector and you have a flow signal.
But this makes absolutely no sense. The pump RPM has nothing to with the flow.

Hello Sebastian,

Thank you for reply. Because I am a novice in the field of water cooling, I did not know that the resistance of the system greatly affects the final value of flow. I assumed that D5 is the macho pump.
