I need Aquacomputer Customer Service for RMA in English

I bought a new Farbwerk from Performance Pc in the US and I need to contact Aquacomputer in Germany since Perfomance PC does not handle Warranty claim. I have not installed the Fabwerk from my PC yet and just bench test the unit with a spare power supply together with 4 IP67 rgb led and Farbwerk start to smoke. No USB nor Aquabus was installed yet just power the unit with a power supply. I decided not to install the unit to my pc because it might burn my rig. If anybody from the forum can help me file a claim is highly appreciated. Thanks

I don't think there is an English RMA available...

Here is the translation:

"Ihr vollständiger Name" - your full name
"Straße + Hausnummer" - street, house number
"Adresszusatz" - additional address information, for example apartment number
"Postleitzahl" - zip code
"Ort" - City
"Ihre Mail Adresse" - email address
"Telefonnummer" - phone number, it is not mandatory to give that information
"Aqua Computer Kundennummer" - customer number from Aqua Computer, if you already have one
"Produktname" - name of the product, in your case: farbwerk
"Kaufdatum" - date of purchase
"Ausführliche Fehlerbeschreibung" - detailed description of the problem
"Zubehörliste" - accessory, it is recommended to send also the LED strips and the connector cables you used in
"Sicherheitsfrage" - add up the numbers
