New video: making of aquainlet

Wednesday, December 5th 2007, 12:30pm

Stephan has taken the camera into his hand and filmed the production of the aquainlet reservoir for you.

The reservoir is produced on a so-called multitasking machine which practically represents a combination of a CNC lathe and milling machine. By the way the aquatubes are also produced on the same machine.

We have shot the video for you without coolants otherwise there would be nothing to see.

Have fun!

That's a cool machine, I haven't seen one of them before.

Its quite a long cycle you got there but the end product looks sweet.

Also, did I see a Renishaw High precision tool setting arm (possibly a HPMA) on the left there? Presumably with a RP3?

Cool.

I work at the Renishaw Headquaters writing and testing software. Its always good to see Renishaw products around the place even if they are from a different division.
