Hi guys

Does anyone have a link to any older software ?

Had to reformat and would like to get things back on track !, the latest download only gives me 2018 which I don’t have licence for.

Connect your devices (USB) AND select an older version in the installer.

Is there only this option in the dropdown menu?

Can you show us a Screenshot of the installer window?

I already guess your problem is that the installer detects no devices. Check the lower box of the installer. It must list your devices and their serial number - otherwise you have a communication problem between the devices and the mainboard.
