I had my Aquaero 5 Pro about 4 months in now, and it stopped working.

I wanted to find out an RMA process for the device.
I just turned on my computer and saw my fans and pumps weren't working, so I checked the aquasuite and it couldn't detect the Aquaero.
I check the backside of the device see if it was the usb cable, but found out that the red led light which was on when it was receiving power is not on anymore.
Is there any fix for this? or is it the hardware problem, if so, I'd like to know how to proceed the RMA.
