aquero not recognized by usb (aquasuite)

aquero not recognized by usb (aquasuite)

hello

i have:
aquero 4.0 (4.12)
aquaero 5 LT
aquaero 6 PRO
aquaero 5 XT


all controllers was in perfect working conditons (i didnt use them for 1-2 years) and now I try to plug them

only 5LT is recognized by system

others




i plug USB and USB + power - no difference

any ideas?

I updated 5 LT bcoz its recognized

rest ITS NOT recognized so i can't do it

i have to close app and run installation exe with aq6pro plugged in then i can choose 2016 version

aquero 4.0 will not work with aquasuite 2018

it could work with a very old version of aquasuite, but most mainboards are not compatible anymore

yes, i heard about that - 4.0 isnt recognized even but install exe app

but its still be good as standalone controller i think - is it possible to update firmware/change language somehow ?

I would also love if there was a way to get hold of some software to be able to use the good old Aquaero USB 4.0 controllers.
Got 2 of them in mint condition, and am now looking into the possibility to get them to work with new HW. Z370 Mobo and Win10.

Should i also mail the same person about this?
