Urgent : Reinstall windows and quadro : need to plug fans on mobo or will they continue to work?

Hi,

I need to format / reinstall windows; can i leave my fans and pump (aio arctic liquid freezer) on the Quadro or will they stop working during the format / reinstall ? I don't want to take any risks !

the AC devices are storing it's configration in the devices itself and will work because of that without any Operating-System and also with every Operating-System. So, no problem should happen.

When i start the pc and when i'm in the bios all runs at 100% is it because i put the fallback at such %?

ok, now we have to be careful: how is it configured for the temp sensors? Have you any HW temp sensors connected to the Quadro or do you use Software temperature sensors, coming from the motherboard or your AiO?
If that's the case (using SW temperature sensors) you need windows up and running for having it controlled.

Because of your description, i guess you use this kind of sensors (SW temperature sensors) then will it run without a working windows always with this configured fallback only.

I have configured some sensors based on Hwinfo for instance and I made one based in average temps on 15s.

When i launch the pc it runs at 100% untill windows is loaded.

Should it be ok?

ok, that means for you:
it will run with that until you have installed Aquasuite and HWinfo again and whether imported the prior somewhere else secure saved configuration or you have reconfigured it.

test it by yourself: go into Motherboard's BIOS and wait 1h or 2h. When nothing strange happens, it should be safe for the temps for your system.

i guess I'll just plug the fans to the motherboard then for the time of the install if nobody can give me a sure answer.
I need to reinstall windows tomorrow early morning before work I can't wait more.

But with the info i provided the fans should run right?

Its up to you. Nobody will surely say, it will 100% work, because something can always happen and then?
As said: I think, based on that info you provided, it SHOULD work. As also said: for to be sure you can test it in that way I described.
That's all I can say because the risk has to stay on your side.
I think it will work smooth. But don't forget to save somewbere else your configuration for the Quadro, Aquasuite and HWinfo.

it all went fine !

I have a small issue, i have the soft set up at startup in the settings, it's running but I only have the profile but not the soft itself any idea how to fix that it was working before?
