ULTITUBE D5 NEXT Alarm and Water pump fails to operate

Today, I turned on the computer and found that D5 NEXT reported an error. I took out the water pump and started it with an external power supply. I found that the water pump could not run

Switching the water pump mode makes it impossible to operate

Alarm: pump speed too low

How to detect whether there is a problem with the pump body or the electric control board?

I hope you didn't run the pump dry.
(It needs water as lubrication, or else the impeller gets damaged)
