Help octo en kryos vision usb not working after use with aquasuite

I am from the Netherlands and I will do my best to write down the problem I have after using my Kryos Next with Vision in AquaSuite X 35 if i remember well It does not work anymore after the firmware update. I have no connection in Windows. I get an Octo that connects. I connect my Kryos, it works. I have a high flow. If i want to use the Octo with the high flow next in this aquasuite version then I need to do a firmware update. AquaSuite X 78 ore 80 was the version , I did the firmware update for the Kryos Vision. After restarting AquaSuite the Octo and the Vision do not show up . No USB device are shown. How is this possible? Without new firmware on the Octo I disconnect the power supply. It seems it is broken. . I have read about this problem for hours but I can't find how to solve it. If a firmware update is needed with one of the AQS components, do I need to disconnect all other usb components i need help to solf this
