D5 housings when using Ultitop Dual D5

Tuesday, November 11th 2025, 5:32pm

I'm planning to use the Ultitop Dual D5 pump cover (41132) mounted to the front of a fan using the D5 fan mount 140mm (41125). I wanted to use the basic PWM D5 pump cores (41105) with it.

Is there any pump housing I can use with the 41105 Pump Cores that will hide/protect the wiring? Due to the higher price (and features I don't intend to use), I'd rather not have to use the D5 Next pumps. I intend to use the motherboard's PWM pump header to control the pump speed, and don't want a requirement to install AquaSuite, given that I won't need to use it. The description of the pump says a suitable housing is required, but there are no parts listed for the suitable housing.

Related question: can the 41132 be mounted so the pumps are one above the other, instead of side-by-side? I've seen some pictures that suggest that is possible, but I've always assumed that the inflow to the pumps needed to be above them, so perhaps I interpreted the picture incorrectly.

Thank you.
