HELP D5 Next 200 Pro flow calibration measurement fails

D5 Next 200 Pro flow calibration measurement fails
I have tried many times but the result is always the same, i.e. no indication of flow rate.
I have done exactly as the Auquasuite program advises.

The piping is hard pipes with an inner diameter of 10mm and there is only a processor and a graphics card in circulation, there are 2 radiators of 480mm.
The liquid is Double Protect Ultra clear.

What can I do to get the calibration done?
