hallo,

@ sebastian u. co:
1.) dass ich keine rechtsauskunft wollte, sondern eine mögliche falllösung.
2.) im studentenforum "meiner uni"!!! bin ich natürlich angemeldet.
3.) Ich als Jura-Student würde mich nur bei Verlust meiner
persönlichen Dispositions und oder Diskretionsfähigkeit aufs
AC-Forum (in Rechtssachen) berufen, is ja klar!!!
4.) siehe punkt 1

soda könnt natürlich wieder schließen aber wollte das öffentlich
sagen, nicht per pm, da es die anderen so auch lesen
können.

auch das hier ist jetzt ZU!
sowas kannst du mit mir per KM klären. Das ändert aber im moment auch nichts an meinem Standpunkt zu dem geschlossenen Topic.
