Aquatube + bubbles 'problem'

Thursday, August 12th 2004, 6:22pm

Is there any easy way to make the aquatube form LESS bubles than its doing now. There is a line of bubbles going out of my pump line [ clearly visible ] and i would like to get rid of that.

Tested a bit and its because the flow rate in aquatube is so damn high that thesres allways full of bubbles and then those bubbles gets sucked into the pump.

My setup

Aquatube->Pump->CPU block-> radiator -> Aquatube.

The thing is that my setup is now like this

Source code

1
2
3
4
5
6
7
8
9
|------------|
P  |                 |--   <= in line
L  |                 |--   <= light
E  |                 |--
X  |------------|
        |  |   |

           ^
            \ to pump

Its gonna be in that 5 1/4 holder in my case front. That IN line i can pretty much change any way i want... means a complete rebuild of my system so not happy to do it.

A EASY way to make it better.. not that its really that bad, but hey.. any bit helps :D

Thnx in advance

Have you tried to put the in-line under the water level? You could use the lowest connection instead of the highest as you do it right now.
