Aquagrafx 6800 Rev2 on PCIe card

Can I use Aquagrafx 6800 Rev2 on the PCIe cards? I know for sure that Innovatek CoolMatic cannot be used due to the extra capacitor on the lower right. Any quick advices will be greatly appreciated since I am about to buy the blocks. Thanks.

All our information says that there will be no problem on PCIe cards.
