probleme nach biosupdate

hi
ich hab ein abit kt7 a raid und nen 1ghz t-bird b (axia) der mit 1466 mhz läuft (133x11) und maxi. v-core alles lief stabil (selbst nach tests die zum teil mehr als einen tag dauerten
( die temps waren auch immer gut / nie höher als 45°)
doch als ich mein bios geflashed hab stürzte der immer nach ein bis zwei minuten quake 3 torture demo mit nem programm fehler ab
woran kann das liegen und was kann ich dagegen machen????
PS: hab es auch schon mit der alten version probiert aber da lief alles noch beschissener
