Raid mit Maxtor?

Hi

Ich habe eine Maxtor ATA 133 5400 Rp/m 60GB platte.
Diese will ich an mein KT3 Ultra 2-BR board an den raidcontroller (IDE 3) als master anschliessen.
Die platte soll ein Mirror von meiner 40 GB Maxtor machen welche am IDE 1 ist machen.
Beim starten erkennt es zwar die platte und zeigt sie als strip oder so an,kann aber nichts ändern.
Muss ich noch etwas jumpern?
Oder wie kann ich das machen?

ich glauge du hast dir funktionseise von raid-arrays noch nicht verstanden...google dir mal einen oder schau unter www.lumberjacker.com nach
