BIOS-Update bei PCV-RZ211

Der SONY vaio Rechner PCV-RZ211 (3,06 GHz) hat ein total verstümmeltes BIOS.

Wie bekomme ich raus, um welches Board es sich genau handelt, und welches BIOS soll ich nehmen? Oder sollte ich überhaupt nicht flashen?

Man kann nichtmal FSB verstellen. Da ist fast nix möglich - nicht mal AGP Aperture Size oder AGP Mode...
