Hi guys, i have a problem can anyone help, i have a Aquaero, that comes with jaLCD, but i can`t work with the software, when JaLCDs software starts it shows 2 errors

first error :Error 440 Automatisierungsfehler


second error :Laufzeitfehler 13


since the aquaero usb software works fine, the usb connection is well done, but jaLCDs doesn't work.

Hi, thanks for your reaction, i use the latest softwareversion from support- download. It seams like the Jalcds software cannot connect with the Aquaero, but the aquasuite works fine.
