Habe ein Problem mit meiner soundkarte

ich habe sie eingebaut und installiert genau nach anleitung!

es ist eine 7.1 soundkarte von creative

problem ist das ich wenn ich mein teamspeak2 öffne immer auf eine fehlermeldung stoße "TDSoundl n.Open: No sound driver is available for use."

zudem funktioniert der stecker mit dem mikrophon auch nicht...

ich hab kA was ich machen kann bitte um Rat
