wenn ich im CPU-Z die CPU Geschwindigkeit auslese, wird mir ständig 1800 MHz angezeigt.

Erst unter Last springt mir der Takt dann auf 3 GHz oder wie viel dann auch immer.

Ist dieses "automatische heruntertakten" normal oder hab ich vergessen was zu deaktivieren?

das ist normal, wenn due Speedstep und C1E im bios auf enabled hast.
