Ordertime?

I recently made an order at AquaComputer under the name of Kenny Bakermans.

I made the order at 20 December. On 22 December i deposited the money on the AC bankaccount.

However, my order status is stil at "12/21/2005 Processing"

Since it's a week ago when i deposited the money, i'm getting a little anxious when i'll get the message that the money is received.

Since there is nobody picking up the phones at both of the AquaComputer locations I have to ask for information this way.

How long does it take? Do they have vacation in Germany maybe? Does anyone have an email from somebody at AC that can help me?

i agree there is no-one EVER there. I mean it is a lil bit crpy when you cant comunicate with someone then come on to the support forum and then get told sorry email this,

I wud be pi$$ed rite now if it was me, but hey the world keeps on turning. It might be a good idea to post a sticky for new viewers, as it wud save on threads like these.

If you ask me mate i recomend next time find another supplier. This way you will get the products faster. I orderd with AC and recieved it all after nearly a month. Now i order from a local shop (no names now) and they had the parts to me within 4 days.

So up to you but at the end of the day AC get there money even if you buy it from say PC-SPECALIST or KCN, etc etc.

Still nu updates mates

I send a few emails to AC, with no reply yet.
Gonna call again a few times.

It's unacceptable that an international company treats it's customers like this.

edit : I finally reached them.
As my dad suspected, the billing department and shipping department has vacation until 2 jan.
