Partitonieren bei NTFS

kann mir jemand ein gutes prog sagen, mit dem ich die aktuelle partition schrumpfen und neue erstellen kann?
ich benutze win2k, also ich hab kein vollwertiges dos.

Also ich wollte mir mal ne 20 MB Partition für Dos 6.22 machen. Doch das System wollte einfach nicht von dieser kleinen Partition booten.... o_0 keine Ahnung warum.

Vilt. passt er ihm nicht, dass es Geld kostet? :
