Multiswitch connection to Aquaero?

Hi.

I have connected those two parts by the bus connections, but on the aquasuite it says "Multiswitch not connected". And i havent got it to work by the usb either. What am i doing wrong. Cant controll anything with the multiswitch.

Sorry for the bad english. Im from norway, and u probably have heard about Tor Heyerdahl? ;D

Hope any1 have an answer or a guide.

What is the setting on Jumper 4 of your Multiswitch?

Also i have connected the tubemeter to the multiswitch, and this one shows up on aquasuite. So there are connection between those two

Ive have tried to remove the jumper 4, but now i can hear the relay clicking on/off all the time.
