Programm wie Netlimiter aber für Linux

Hallo zusammen,

kennt zufällig jemand ein Programm mit dem ich den Traffic Verwalten und das quasi Uhrzeit abhängig?
Ich suche so was wie NetLimiter ( http://www.netlimiter.com/ ) aber halt für Linux und nicht für Windows!
