Opera - WAND & Konfig sichern ?

Sagt mal, wie kann ich meine gesamte Opera Konfig, also das ganze Layout mit Verknüpfungen und persönlicher leiste & WAND sichern ? (WAND = Password-Archivierer)

Ich kopier einfach immer den Profil-Ordner (ohne Cache). Dort sollte alles wichtige drin sein. Zumindest hatte ich bisher anschliessend nie Probleme wenn ich es wieder hineinkopiert habe.
Für eMails den Mail-Ordner sichern ;)
Die Dateien aus dem Hauptordner sollte man zur Sicherheit auch noch speichern falls man daraus nochmal etwas braucht.
