Zuerst dachte ich, es läge an StyleXP und dem Style den ich verwendete. Doch nach einer Windows-Neuinstallation und nun WindowBlinds und einem anderen Style ist immernoch alles schwarz.

Ist das normal?

Ja. Aber als ich noch StyleXP oben hatte, hatte ich eine Ti4200 drin und da war der Fehler auch.
