Icons mit Alphamaske aus PNGs erstellen - Wie?

Hi!

Ich suche ein Programm, welches mir aus PNGs Icons erstellen kann - und zwar skaliert. Also man erstellt ein Icon und hat in der ICO-Datei dann diverse skalierte Größen (da Icons ja meines Wissens nach nich frei skalierbar sind), bsp: 16x16, 32x32, 64x64, 96x96, 128x128.

Gibts ein Programm, das sowas automatisch vollzieht?
