Aquaero connected to multiswitch

How do you connect the Multiswitch to the Aquaero so that the Multiswitch can be controlled by the Aquaero software.

When I tried an aquabus to aquabus connection nothing happened.

Set jumper no. 3 on the multiswitch.

More infos in the manual at the end of page 9.

Yes both were connected to power, should they not be?
