Aquabay CF + USB Adapter?

Habe mir das Abit IC7MAX3 Mainboard geholt, dort ist aber kein serieller com anschluss vorhanden. Es gibt doch aber USB adapter für com anschlüsse sowie drucker anschlüsse, würde das funzen wenn man da des cf display anschliesst?
