Aquaduct 360 Problem

My Aquaduct has been working fine for over a year now. I turned on my PC and the Aquaduct pump works but I have no fans or display. I checked all the connections and they are good. What could the problem be?

Have you tried to reset the device? For a reset shutdown the system, press and hold the middle button and start the system. If the reset works you should see a reset message on the display and can release the button after two seconds.

I tried that and it did not work. Still no fans and no display. :?:
