What about aquastream XT configuration with the software shutdowned ?

Hi i have an aquastream XT and i made some setups using the aquasuite software, like my fans are off until a certain temperature etc etc.
i saved the configuration to the pump using htje menu
what happens for example if i stay in bios setup, so without the aquasuite software running and the processor running at 100%.
will the pump activate the fans or will it stay just in it's default mode with fans off ???

it's important to know because what's happens if i have a blue screen of death ???

The pump's firmware should run as programmed whenever there is power applied to the pump.
