Was kann im WINDOWS-Ordner gelöscht werden?

Hallo,

welche Ordner sind im WINDOWS Ordner eigentlich problemlos zu löschen?

C:\WINDOWS\$hf_mig$
C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles
C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution_old
C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution
C:\WINDOWS\ie7updates
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ReinstallBackups

die sind teilweise riesig... - keine Ahnung was da drin ist und obs wichtig ist... - kann jmd helfen?

von was für einem windows reden wir?

wenn windows7, dann kannste wi´ndow.old schonmal löschen, sofern du vorher alle wichtigen daten gesichert hast.
