Kabelbinder Lösbar - Wie heißen die?

Hallo zusammen,

Ich hab hier ein Bild von einem Kabelbinder, der sich wieder lösen lässt.
Fand aber so bisher nicht wirklich etwas dazu, wo man diese bekommt und vorallem wie genau sich diese Dinger genau nennen.

Hat da jemand ne Ahnung und könnte mir weiterhelfen?
