Hi Raiden, and welcome in aquacomputer forum,
i would try to help find a solution to your problem, make in mind i'm not sure 100% to resolve your problem, but i will try...

Follow a step by step istruction and maybe we can resolve your issue, i solved an USB problem with mine aquaduct by doing this.

1: Download and instal CC cleaner ( http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download)

2: make a full registry scan and correct the problem founded.

3: remove Aquasuite

4: remove any usb device pluged in your computer (leave keyboard and mouse pluged in)

4: Go into your system device gestion (really don't know the real english name since i'm italian :D ) and remove the USB driver interface where your aquacomputer is pluged in)

5: Restart system and don't PLUG IN your aquacomputer device.

6: Windows will recognise new usb port and will instal back

7: Go to your motherboard hardware house website and download latest MB driver ( usually they release a suite to automatically upgrade many hardware things about your MB)

7a: restart computer

8: plug in your aquacomputer device inside usb port (you will ear a sound) ----> try different USB port if needed.

9: instal back your aquasuite

10: for last make a CC cleaner registry control and clean wrong registry voice.

Hope will help, i solved my USB problem by doing this...

PS: maybe some step are useless :whistling:

That won't help because the error message clearly states that there is something wrong with the font Arial. As already wrote at XS you should copy all Arial fonts from another PC to yours.
